So I absolutely love this place. Every time I'm in the valley I make sure I grab some food because you can't find a better seafood boil. So many other places have sauce that just doesn't have the flavor and isn't in the meat the same way. I don't know what they're doing, but they need to keep doing it. They also need to open a location in Culver City or somewhere on the west side so I don't have to go all the way over there. I usually order it for takeout, but I've also eaten there. The service is great, and the overall vibe of the place is really good. You just see people around the tables, elbow, deep in these bags to taste this delicious food!

Very unique menu of traditional New Orleans food with an Asian twist. They have a competitively priced lunch menu. Each item comes with two sides such as the down home mac and cheese or the Asian style cucumber salad. The fries are also amazing and they serve everything with drawn butter and dipping sauce. Adorable robots serve your drinks and the human servers are nice too!

Fist timer here are I really enjoyed the flavors this place had to offer. Event ho we weren't aware of how long the wait time was, we decided to wait. I kid you not, we waited more then an hour and a half, but we were determined we'd be getting in, we hung out and grabbed Boba next door. They did let us know that if we put our name down, there was not a guarantee we'd be seated so that was a nice warning they give out, so its up to the guest discretion to wait or not. Now when we finally did get a text that we could be seated, it was really busy and it was already 9:15 pm, mind you they close at 10PM, according to their hours. We got seated in small table for two, we didn't mind, we were ready to grub. Our waiter came by and we ordered and the food was out fairly quick. She was nice and prompt, loved that. We ordered the shrimp - 18pcs, corn and potato( I can do without it next time, its bland) fries, rice and cucumber salad. We were in heaven, it was all so good! I will definitely be coming back but not so late if it means the wait is long.

I've been a fan of Cajun Creole since the boom of Boiling Crab. That trend started many moons ago and while a lot of other places tried to open up theirs not many had succeeded. Kickin KAsian was one of those places that I doubted in the beginning but quickly became a favorite. While conveniently located near the area I worked at; my friends, coworkers and family would come and visit. It was a place to come for some good Cajun Creole. Now that I don't work around the area I still find myself coming from time to time. One friend in particular likes to come and that has me coming back. I really enjoy their Kickin mix adding the spiciest Inferno level for a nice hot time. I've tried many of their seafood options but I keep gravitating towards the naked shrimp. (thanks to my friend) Its perfect for when you just want to eat and not get your hands all up in the mix. The only thing I do not agree with is their utensils. They have forks and spoons made of popsicle material which I don't find pleasing to use while eating the naked shrimp and rice. There are times where I would bring my own set of chopsticks. lol I guess in a way, this place is meant for you to eat with your hands and I get it. But I would like for them to invest in chopsticks in the future. Parking: medium private lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

Kickin kasian has been one of my favorite spots since they opened in 2013. Quality, flavor, and service is always 10/10. I know the waits can be long and getting into their online waitlist is key for dinner time and weekends! Came in today for Dine LA and was excited to try the Dungeness crab lunch - $15 for a cluster, corn and potato. So delicious and great value for the meal. Also excited to see all of their new lunch options lately. So far I have tried the Kickin shrimp tacos, tian tian shrimp, truffle Mac and cheese, and cucumber salad. As always everything is delicious, but my go to's are shrimp boils, cheese bites, and the calamari basket.

Location: easy to find Service: very good and servers were attentive and helpful Ambiance: clean and with trendy music Customer service: excellent! I wanted hubby to get a dine-in experience of Cajun shrimp coz what he had were deliveries during parties. This place did not disappoint. Sure there was a long wait (close to an hour) and I suggest that you sign up for the waitlist on their website (as per phone recording). We got to do some errand and when we came back I received a text that our table was ready. The receptionist was very friendly and even our server, Olivia was very helpful. We enjoyed the shrimp, the calamari plate, which they offered a $4.50 off every basket in Yelp :) I got the hubz gloves while I enjoyed my bare-hands-shrimp-eating :) It was flavorful and the mild spicy that we got was just fright for us. Will definitely come back! But wait there's more: we got home and realized that we left our smoothie bottle in the restaurant. It was too late to go back so I just called to ask if they've seen it. The lady confirmed and even offered to rinse off the smoothie content. I did not expect this extra mile care for customers and just being thoughtful in getting my details to ensure I will not have a hard time tomorrow when I pick it up. Thank you, it was an enjoyable Wednesday-date for us
